Go to Support Ticket link: https://safeplaces.freshservice.com/

On the page please click on 'Submit a request':

Choose the department your request is related to, for example IT, Finance, HR or WHS from the dropdown list at 'Choose the Department'

Fill out all the details and submit the form by clicking on the button 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.

Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an automated email from the system with details of your submitted ticket.
