Receiving Ads/Spam Messages or Notifications
If you are seeing ads/spam notifications in the bottom-right corner of your screen like below:
Please follow these steps remove these:
1. Open the Google Chrome application, click the three dots in the top-right corner, then click Settings.
2. In the search bar of the new window, type Notifications, then click Site Settings.
3. On the next page, scroll down and click on Notifications.
4. In the new window, scroll down to the section labelled Allowed to send notifications. If there are any sites there which you don't recognise or don't want to send you notifications, please click on the three dots next to it, then click Block.
If, after completing these steps, you continue to receive ads/spam, please submit a support ticket and mention that you have taken the steps outlined in this guide.
